Mom said that she and Bill had such a long day in town yesterday that she was worn out, so when Bill headed back into town today, Mom and Jana just napped in front of the fire and had a very nice relaxing day. Mom and Bill are both looking forward to their fancy French dinner tonight, provided by one of her neighbors--crepes filled with turkey or chicken, with a sauce.
Mom said one of her quilter pals "...sent over a picture of our fun quilters' lunch last week, and it brought back memories of what a wonderful time we had."
Mom took the first dose of the new diuretic this morning, but she said she couldn't tell any difference yet. Keep your fingers crossed.
